A firewall at a university allows TCP 443 but blocks UDP 443. Websites still load, but browser tools show they are using HTTP/2 instead of HTTP/3. Why?

Answers
AHTTP/3 travels over QUIC on UDP 443, so browsers fall back to TCPHTTP/3 passe par QUIC sur UDP 443, donc les navigateurs se replient sur TCP
BHTTP/3 needs its own port 8443, which this firewall does not allowHTTP/3 a besoin de son propre port 8443, que ce pare-feu n'autorise pas
CHTTP/3 only works on networks that have been switched fully to IPv6HTTP/3 ne fonctionne que sur des réseaux entièrement passés à l'IPv6
DHTTP/3 can only be used by browsers that are connected through a VPNHTTP/3 ne peut être utilisé que par des navigateurs connectés via un VPN
